Got the plants from my grandfather. Popped them in the ground and now I have the freshest easiest and cheapest choice for salads, sandwiches, wraps and all sorts! Lettuce is a naturally easy to use item.

I never thought the same of spinach, but Ive learnt that adding to meals is a nice filler. Something juicy and creative and so colourful!

Meal ideas:
Add some fresh lettuce to lasagne, and any form of pasta.
Personal fave:
Cook up some rice (brown, jasmin, you pick!) fry up onions, mushrooms, and peppers, add some garlic.
Add Spinach at the last, cover with a lid and let the spinach boil up on top of your mixture. Then mix it all together in the rice, add a bit of Cayenne Pepper and for the cheese addicts like me, chuck in some Feta or even good old fashion grated cheddar cheese! Mouthgasm!!
